With the invitation of the then Bishop of Kiyinda-Mityana Diocese, we began our community in Busunju Parish in 1996.  The sisters were given teaching posts in their school where they could assist the students to be intellectually competent, practically skilled, morally sound, psychologically whole, animated by the Divine Spirit of love and freedom, committed for working for peace, justice and human togetherness. Besides teaching the sisters are also involved in socio- pastoral apostolate where they visit the people, spend time with them, by listening and talking to them. Sisters currently are in-charge of Nazareth Academy, owned by the Capuchin Fathers and they teach also in Padre Pio Primary School.

The community also has the formation for the Novices and currently there are three novices.
